My name is Amalia and I am a registered wedding officiant in the province of Ontario. I have married couples right across the Province.
Every ceremony that I have officiated has been so dear to me. I sincerely enjoy meeting and working with couples. Every couple is unique, and their love story deserves to be celebrated in a way that truly reflects their bond. Your personalized ceremony will be designed to honor your individuality and captures the essence of your relationship.

As a professional registered wedding officiant, I enjoy helping couples create a personalized ceremony that reflects their vision.
There are many resources available to every couple that decides to use my services. I bring support, passion and commitment to help make that perfect ceremony and most memorable day seamless and one to look back on with such joy!
Whether you choose to have a traditional or non traditional ceremony, I am flexible with location and intimate or larger venues. I offer competitive rates and I offer a range of services and packages to accommodate anyone’s budget and needs. I also help couples connect with professional wedding vendors who I work with regularly.
I treat couples like family! At any time, couples can reach out to ask any questions. This includes if looking for guidance to write vows or to include a beautiful story about their journey. I’m easy to work with, very supportive and I encourage couples to have as much freedom as possible to make that special day unique and something to call their own.

Ceremony Packages
All the Glitz and Glam
This package is focused on all about your choices and having a fully personalized ceremony with readings or poetry or traditional components or small celebrations added. You will also have my additional support.
Couples who secure my services with a deposit, will be provided a password and username to access a member only website. The website has several sources of information and options for couples to choose from. This includes some wording for your vow and ring exchange, readings or poetry, or choices to incorporate a tradition or a theme or small celebration like a candle, or rose, or sand element within the ceremony. If you choose to write your own vows, I can assist with some tips and samples.
I prepare a ceremony template, which includes the ceremony order so couples are able to understand and navigate their choices with confidence. I work transparently with couples so that they are aware and know what to expect on their special day. I will book a date to connect with couples to go over navigating the website and learn some information about a couple to understand and help personalize their ceremony to be unique and something to call their own.
After couple has submitted their choices, I put the whole ceremony together. We connect again to discuss and I offer any suggestions and answer any questions. A separate request for a rehearsal at the location can be made in advance instead of this option, however to ensure availability from both sides, I will require advance notice. (In person rehearsal at the location is not included and will be quoted as an additional fee to this package). An in person rehearsal is optional. There is no additional fee to go over your ceremony by phone or remote platform.
On the day of the ceremony, I travel to the location, arrive early, and check in with couples to offer any support. I ensure everything is set up and ready for the ceremony and start time. After the ceremony, I file the marriage license with the Ministry and also leave an envelope with some additional information for next steps and a little momentum to look back on your special day! Couple who choose this package will also receive discounts on some of my other services and some free passes by invite only to my group coaching workshops.
Sweet, Simple, Intimate, Beautiful
This package is available to couples looking for a shorter more intimate ceremony. I travel to your location to officiate a short, lovely ceremony whether you plan to have it hosted at a home, backyard, your favourite restaurant, a park, pop up location or a chosen wedding venue.
The ceremony will be prepared by me with couples choices of prepared vows and ring exchange options to choose from and based the couples feedback at the initial meet in discussing your vision. Your ceremony will be custom prepared to be either religious or non-religious, traditional or non traditional, with humour or something more formal.
I ensure that all the legal requirements are present. Prior to the ceremony, I prepare a sample ceremony template, including the ceremony order so that couples are aware and know what to expect on their special day. There will be no surprises about what I will be saying in the ceremony. I’m easy to work with and I encourage couples to have as much freedom as possible to make that special day unique and something to call their own.
After the ceremony I file your license with the ministry. At any point couples can reach out to me to ask questions.
**With all packages, additional travel fee may apply- (please inquire). Couples who would like to have a rehearsal at the actual location, must request a separate quote and book no later than 3 months prior to the ceremony date.**
Intimate Elopement or Signing

I currently work out of 4 locations (either downtown Toronto, St. Catharines, Oakville or Niagara on the Lake) to conduct elopements or marriage license signing. Each location can facilitate a smaller guest count (please inquire) or option of just having two witnesses attend with the couple. Short ceremony signing is offered at a more reduced rate when travelling to my location(s). On the specific wedding date and time, I officiate and file the marriage licence with the ministry after the ceremony/signing. Additional travel fee (may) apply only if I am travelling to your chosen location. This is a great option for couples having a destination wedding, who require a legal marriage licence signing.
