Bring  your completed unsigned single document for notarization or commissioning to one of my locations. A single standard document can be: OSAP Affidavit, Certified True Copy, Statutory Declaration, Travel Consent Letter, Letter of Invitation, Affidavits, Affidavits for Divorce.   $35.00 first notary signature/seal. Additional Notary Signatures $28.95 each signature/seal (must be same day & during same appointment time)​

Bring your completed single unsigned Will, or POA, Divorce or Separation document, for the first Notary Sign and Seal $74.95 per type. Additional or identical  notarized copy of the above document $31.95 each type.

Exhibit with Affidavit $28.95 each​

​PLEASE NOTE:  CANCELLATIONS LESS 24 HOURS, NO SHOWS OR LATE ARRIVALS ARE SUBJECT TO A ADMINISTRATIVE FEE THAT WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKINGS. 

Mobile Notary Service may be available in some areas. Fee is based on time/travel, plus the fee as listed for each signature and seal. For a complete estimate, please inquire. (drafting service is not available with mobile notary)
